Ensures the declaration of purchase\/sale books and the registration of invoices by completing the relevant documentation. Is responsible for maintaining the cash register and checks the accuracy of all documentation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Online declaration: purchase\/sale books, social security, VAT, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Registration of sales and purchase invoices for expenses and income<\/li>\n<li>Registration of warehouse actions, reconciliation regarding item movements.<\/li>\n<li>Completing the documentation in the relevant institutions.<\/li>\n<li>Detailed control of expenses &amp; realized monthly income.<\/li>\n<li>Reconciliations with banks, monthly account balances, checking the accuracy of bank transaction records in accounting.<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up of obligations. Completion of payment orders and various invoices.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of financial reports on a periodic monthly, six-month and 1-year basis.<\/li>\n<li>Keeps the warehouse cards and reconciles with the storekeeper and the financial card every month. Reconciliation is done through the exchange of firms;<\/li>\n<li>Maintains and chronologically updates the inventory books in use for each unit (office, vehicle, person, etc.);<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates with the Finance Manager for analyzes and the accounting balance of warehouses;<\/li>\n<li>Participates in the product waiting commissions (when assigned by the Finance Manager);<\/li>\n<li>Implements cash register activity and closes the cash book every day.
