Plumber
Plumber provides high-quality plumbing services to our clients. The Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of plumbing techniques, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering quality service.
Responsibilities:
- Installs, repairs, and maintains plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, fittings, and appliances.
- Inspects plumbing systems and identies issues, such as leaks, blockages, or corrosion.
- Diagnoses plumbing problems and develops effective solutions to address them.
- Performs routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning drains and replacing worn parts.
- Installs and repair water heaters, faucets, toilets, sinks, and other plumbing fixtures.
- Collaborates with other tradespeople, such as electricians and HVAC technicians, on construction and renovation projects.
- Follows building codes and regulations when installing or repairing plumbing systems.
- Maintains accurate records of work performed, including materials used and hours worked.
- Provides estimates for plumbing projects and communicate effectively with clients regarding the scope of work and pricing.
- Ensurse customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality workmanship and addressing any concerns or questions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Required: High School Diploma or course Certificate in Plumbing
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience in plumbing repair for residencies and restaurants
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
