Sales Representative
The Sales Representative is responsible for bringing sustainable profit to the company, in accordance with the sales and marketing plan. Executes sales and customer relations policies, maintains and improves the company’s competitive position to increase market share. Monitors installation and customer perception and attitudes towards the services provided. Identifies and communicates with procurement regarding specific customer preferences or service requests and promptly works to provide solutions to any customer complaints.
Responsibilities:
- Presents, promotes and sells products/services using persuasive arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit analysis and for the needs of existing / potential customers to fulfill them
- Creates, develops and maintains positive business and customer relationships
- Achieving sales targets and results within deadlines.
- Coordinates sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyzes territory/market potential, and sales tracks
- Continuously improved through feedback/opinions/impressions
- Establishes contacts with new clients and maintains contacts with existing clients.
- Identifies, evaluates and meets customer needs based on the company’s profitable policy and strategy.
- Is responsible for the business results of this category of clients.
- Visits clients, negotiates deals and builds long-term relationships.
- Builds databases for all points of sale and prepares detailed reports within specified deadlines.
- Stays informed on market development and identification of new initiatives.
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
- Understands the company’s services and capabilities and effectively conveys all offers to the client.
- Reports on the achievement of sales objectives and sales results.
- Proposes to the manager/director the plan of meetings for the next week and makes sure to get approval for it.
- For each customer contacted, he makes an analysis of success or failure, presenting in an analyzed way the causes of non-success. He presents this analysis to his superiors.
- Checks every day for new tenders that appear in the territory where it operates.
- Draws up weekly plans for meetings with representatives of the administration/public companies in order to present the products and sell them.
Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, Experience
- High school diploma,
- Minimum 2-4 years of work experience in the field of sales
- Training on sales is an advantage.
- Foreign languages: English, Italian.
- Very good computer knowledge, MS Office, Outlook, etc.
- Have very good communication skills;
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive professional business relationships
- Highly motivated and goal oriented with a proven track record in sales
- Have very good conflict resolution skills;
- Have very good persuasive and negotiation skills;
- Driving license B.
