Social Media Specialist
The Social Media Specialist will work with our team to help develop brand awareness for our company through social media. The Social Media Specialist will attract and interact with target virtual communities and users. The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement, website traffic, and revenue by strategically using all aspects of your social media marketing strategy.
The social media specialist must have a clear understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content to be engaging on those channels.
Responsibilities:
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform definition, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that creates meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Sets up and optimizes company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
- Moderates all user-generated content in accordance with the moderation policy for each community.
- Continuous improvement by capturing and analyzing relevant social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
- Collaborates with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key events and coordinate actions.
- Writes long and short form social media messages that attract new users and engage current users.
- Uses data to analyze what works, what doesn’t, and reinforce or refocus key messages accordingly.
- Adapts while working with multiple teams to develop strategy, work with designers, write copy, manage social communities and analyze data.
- Persuades our brand fans to turn into loyal customers with engaging, responsive, responsive, surprising and engaging interactions on social media
Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, Experience
- Work experience in social media marketing
- Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of internet marketing and good understanding of key marketing channels
- Positive attitude, with good multitasking and organizational skills
- University Diploma in Marketing/Business Administration, etc.);
- Minimum 3 years of experience;
- Very good knowledge of the computer and the Office package;
- Foreign languages: English, Italian.
- Very good computer knowledge, MS Office, Outlook, etc.
- High analytical skills;
- Very good communication skills;
