Bartender 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our team, dedicated to providing an exceptional guest drinking experience. As a valued member of ream, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and crafting memorable moments for our patrons. The ideal candidate must not only possess deep knowledge of classic and innovative drinks but will also demonstrate a passion for exceeding customers’ needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Engages with patrons, take drink orders, and provide recommendations.
• Mixes and serves drinks according to established recipes or customer preferences.
• Demonstrates a deep understanding of various cocktails and their ingredients.
• Stays informed about current drink trends and popular beverages.
• Suggests premium or specialty drinks to increase sales.
• Encourages customers to try new and signature cocktails.
• Processes payments and provide change to customers.
• Cleans and sanitize bar equipment, utensils, and glassware.
• Relays drink orders to the kitchen or other bar staff in a clear and timely manner.
• Communicates effectively with other team members.
• Follows local alcohol regulations and ensure responsible service of alcohol.
• Monitors and manage bar inventory, including liquor, mixers, and garnishes.
• Engages in conversations with customers, fostering a friendly environment.
• Collaborates with other bar staff, kitchen staff, and servers to provide seamless service.
• Assists in restocking inventory and supporting team members.

Requirements and skills:

• Previous experience as a bartender is often preferred.
• Relevant training certificate or course for bartender is required.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology.
• Ability to handle multiple drink orders simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Focus on providing excellent customer service.
