Finance officer

The Finance officer is responsible for all financial aspects of the company. Ensures the declaration of purchase/sale books and the registration of invoices by completing the relevant documentation. Is responsible for maintaining the cash register and checks the accuracy of all documentation.

• Online declaration: purchase/sale books, social security, VAT, etc.
• Registration of sales and purchase invoices for expenses and income
• Registration of warehouse actions, reconciliation regarding item movements.
• Completing the documentation in the relevant institutions.
• Detailed control of expenses & realized monthly income.
• Reconciliations with banks, monthly account balances, checking the accuracy of bank transaction records in accounting.
• Follow-up of obligations. Completion of payment orders and various invoices.
• Preparation of financial reports on a periodic monthly, six-month and 1-year basis.
• Keeps the warehouse cards and reconciles with the storekeeper and the financial card every month. Reconciliation is done through the exchange of firms;
• Maintains and chronologically updates the inventory books in use for each unit (office, vehicle, person, etc.);
• Coordinates with the Finance Manager for analyzes and the accounting balance of warehouses;
• Participates in the product waiting commissions (when assigned by the Finance Manager);
• Implements cash register activity and closes the cash book every day. Answers for the implementation of the cash limit;
• Other tasks assigned by the Finance Manager;

Qualifications:

• University Diploma in Economics/Finance/Accounting);
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business and/or accounting;
• Very good knowledge of the computer and the Office package;
• Knowledge on Finance 5.0/Balance/alpha Business program very well
