Warehouseman
The warehouseman has the responsibility to manage and carry out every process related to the company’s respective warehouse. The main objective is to control all materials and products entering and leaving the space under his responsibility. To constantly check their condition and ask the relevant manager, the materials that are not found or are running low in the warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Register and organize goods in warehouses;
- Arrange the goods in warehouses or their respective places;
- Calculate the amount of material received, sent or sold;
- Record the calculations made in the relevant registers according to the defined specifications;
- Record materials, raw material, order and delivery of goods according to the necessary dates and specifications;
- Plan and record production and orders received in the production activity;
- Plan and calculate production costs in the service unit itself;
- To control the quantity and quality of all incoming and outgoing products, to systematically make inventories for all sectors of the warehouse;
- Inspection of all delivered materials, numbering and verification with accompanying invoices.
- Accompanying the materials to certain clients in cases where there is a request from the departments.
- Labeling of materials according to the instructions of the respective Manager.
- Photographing materials in cases of request by the respective manager.
- To respect the rules and operation of the warehouse.
- To take care of all goods and materials placed in the space under his responsibility.
- To carry out, on the basis of input sheets, output sheets, loading and unloading and control of the quantity and quality of materials entering and leaving the warehouse.
- To keep the previous documents, such as entry form, exit form, card, warehouse book, request form, verbal process, etc.
- Check the quantity and quality of all incoming and outgoing products;
- To keep the warehouse management documentation;
- Coordinate with the Finance Manager on warehouse inventory during the materials delivery process;
- Submit the documents on time.
- To report to the Finance Manager about the work done and the problems he has.
Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, Experience
- Secondary professional or general education
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Storekeeper
- Have basic computer skills (knowledge of the Microsoft Office 2007-2010 package, financial programs such as Alpha, Business Central and/or programs);
- Very good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a group.
- Willing, energetic and cooperative.
- Responsible for completing tasks, deadlines and achieving objectives.
- Oriented towards innovation and new things in his profession.
- Correct and flexible, even when assigned other tasks
